One-on-One Coaching

Life is a journey that has a distinct purpose. Every person has their own unique mission as a part of the unfolding of history and progression towards the final redemption. This world is a beautiful world, created as a gift for us by a loving and merciful G-d who outlines for us how best to live in this world. Women have an important role to play in this master plan on both a micro level, for ourselves and our families, as well as on a larger scale. Two of the most important life roles of women is that of wife and mother. This website offers coaching and resources to assist women in achieving their goals with two purposes in mind, to be happy and fulfilled mothers, for a happy mother sets a tone that is crucial for a happy home and family.

In addition, we are taught that it is in the merit of righteous women that the redemption will come.
By strengthening women in their role of wife and mother we are therefore working towards building a better world for our children.

Identify your goals, set priority and develop action plan(s)

To navigate any journey requires knowing your destination. The first step in the process is therefore to identify your goal or goals, place them in priority order and then develop action plans to reach your goals, making your dreams become reality.

Clarify your values and beliefs

Living a life of meaning and purpose requires knowing what your values and beliefs are and making sure that you are traveling a path in keeping with these values. Sometimes there is work to do to change our goals, improve our values or strengthen our belief especially Emunah (faith). Sometimes we need to make changes to our lifestyle to ensure that it is in keeping with Torah values.

Creative Problem Solving

We use a range of creative ways to find solutions to the problems, barriers or hurdles that are standing in the way of your achieving your goals and dreams. Making vision boards, journaling or roleplay are a few examples of many.

Find the Positive Points in Your Journey

There is a beautiful teaching by Rebbe Nachman of Breslav of the power of elevating the positive points in our lives and in others. Doing so is transformative. Sometimes we experience situations and relationships that leave us puzzled about what good there can be in them. When finding positive points seems impossible, we work with them to turn them into something positive and special.

Live a Life of No Regrets

A continuation of identifying our goals and dreams is to work towards living a life of no regrets.

The Lifestyle that we live has an impact on ourselves, our families, our homes and others around us. This has an effect on our health and well being in many ways. We look at your daily routine, habits, roles and responsibilities to ensure that the lifestyle that you live promotes health, peace, kindness and truth

Enjoy the Life Roles of Wife and Mother

Wherever you are on the journey to become a wife, become a mother and finally become a happy and fulfilled mother, we look at motherhood holistically. Gain skills, insight, gratitude, and joy wherever you are along the journey. This includes mothering your inner child and bringing happiness to your mother.
