Be a Happy Mom provides books, workbooks, videos, educational resources, Creative & Strategic Coaching, Family Purity lessons, and other educational offerings.
By using this website, purchasing a product, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our Approach
Be a Happy Mom is inspired by Torah values and a Torah-centred approach to family life.
The resources and services offered through this website are intended to support women who wish to build meaningful lives, healthy homes, strong families, and a positive future for the next generation.
Services Offered
Be a Happy Mom currently offers:
- Educational resources in the form of books, workbooks, videos, blog articles, and downloadable resources.
- Creative & Strategic Coaching.
- Family Purity (Taharat HaMishpachah) and Kallah lessons.
Services may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Professional Background
I hold qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Strategic Coaching, and Kallah Teaching.
The books, educational materials, videos, and services offered through Be a Happy Mom draw upon professional training, personal experience, ongoing study, and creative work.
Creative & Strategic Coaching
Creative & Strategic Coaching is a coaching service.
The purpose of coaching is to provide support, accountability, encouragement, structure, and thought-provoking questions that help clients identify goals, overcome obstacles, and move towards solutions that they determine for themselves.
Coaching is not:
- Occupational Therapy
- Psychotherapy
- Counselling
- Mental health treatment
- Medical treatment
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Coaching services are not intended for crisis intervention, emergency situations, or mental health emergencies. Anyone requiring such support should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.
Family Purity Lessons
Family Purity lessons are educational lessons conducted online via Zoom.
Lessons are text-based and generally utilise recognised Family Purity resources, including:
- Family Purity: A Guide to Marital Fulfilment by Rabbi Fischel Jacobs
- The Road to Purity by Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu
Lessons will be adapted as appropriate to the student’s background, custom, and stage of learning.
My role is to teach the material and help students understand what they are learning.
I am not a rabbi and do not issue halachic rulings, answer personal she’eilot, or grant leniencies.
Where a personal halachic ruling is required, students should consult a competent halachic authority.
Booking and Payment
- Coaching sessions and Family Purity lessons are booked through Calendly.
- Coaching sessions and Family Purity lessons are conducted via Zoom.
- Sessions are one hour in duration.
- Payment is required in advance.
- A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
- Payment reserves your appointment time. If payment has not been received, the appointment may be cancelled or released to another client.
- For convenience, clients may purchase up to four coaching sessions at a time.
- If a client purchases multiple sessions and reaches her goals before using all prepaid sessions, unused sessions may be refunded upon request, provided they have not already been used, forfeited through a no-show, or become subject to the cancellation policy.
Availability
Sessions are generally available Sunday through Thursday according to Israel time.
Be a Happy Mom does not conduct sessions on:
- Fridays
- Shabbat
- Yomim Tovim
- Jewish fast days
Availability may occasionally change due to family commitments, illness, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a session.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
If I need to reschedule due to illness, family responsibilities, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment time will be offered.
Late Arrivals and Missed Sessions
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
If you do not attend a scheduled session and have not provided notice, the session may be considered forfeited and no refund or replacement session will be provided.
Exceptions may be made at my discretion in cases of genuine emergency or exceptional circumstances.
Between Sessions
Email may be used for scheduling appointments, rescheduling appointments, payment enquiries, or brief clarification of matters discussed during a session.
Email is not a substitute for coaching sessions or Family Purity lessons.
Questions or matters requiring more than a brief response should be brought to a scheduled session. If additional support is required before the next session, clients are welcome to book an additional appointment.
Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching sessions and lessons will be treated respectfully and confidentially except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the privacy of their own environment when participating in online sessions.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through Be a Happy Mom remains the intellectual property of Be a Happy Mom unless otherwise stated.
This includes:
- Books
- Workbooks
- Videos
- Downloads
- Course materials
- Artwork
- Graphics
- Written content
- Lesson materials
- Website content
These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or republished without written permission.
Educational Information
The information provided through Be a Happy Mom is intended for educational and informational purposes.
Every individual, family, and situation is unique. No guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes or results from the use of any product, resource, coaching session, lesson, or educational material.
Responsibility for Decisions
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and choices.
Any decisions made as a result of coaching sessions, lessons, books, videos, courses, or other resources remain your responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide helpful and accurate information, Be a Happy Mom cannot accept responsibility for losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use of this website, products, services, coaching sessions, lessons, books, videos, or educational materials.
