At Be a Happy Mom, we believe that a joyful mother is the cornerstone of a thriving family and a harmonious society. Our strategic coaching service is dedicated to guiding women on their journey to becoming happy mothers, equipped to nurture their children in an environment of love, peace, and unity. We understand that a contented mother is more open to the unique needs of her children, able to instill values of kindness and promote personal growth. Beyond the milestones of motherhood, we offer support for inner healing and empowerment. From facing challenges in fertility to navigating losses, our aim is to help every woman embrace her role as a mother, regardless of life’s twists and turns. We also recognize the importance of caring for our own mothers through their retirement, fostering a cycle of love and happiness. Together, as members of our kindness club, we work towards a collective goal: to bring happiness to Imma Rachel, who continues to weep for her children. Kallah Lessons
Learning the Laws of Family Purity is important for every Kallah (Jewish bride). We offer text based learning of the Laws of Family Purity. Kallot can learn with Shoshanah. For couples who are interested, Shoshanah’s husband, Rabbi Eliyahu Shear offers Chatan (groom) lessons.
For those Kallot who require it, you can sign up for coaching to help with stress management and organization of both your wedding and setting up your new home. Some Kallot also have a need to process or let go of past traumas that might interfere in developing a marital relationship.

Using carefully structured interviews combined with assisting you to select specific photographs, and mementos where necessary, we assist you to write your message into a book format, providing your family with a gift they can cherish for years to come. Gaining from your wisdom and lessons you have learned through your life’s journey.
